Our Commitment
Every program, partnership and service offered by the Elite Mindset Institute represents a commitment by both you and us.
When you choose to invest in your development, we commit our time, experience, intellectual property and professional support to helping you achieve the outcomes we have agreed to pursue together.
These Purchase Terms explain how that commitment operates.
Online Programs
All online programs, digital resources, memberships and downloadable content are supplied for your personal use.
As access to digital products is provided immediately upon purchase, all sales are final.
Refunds are not available simply because you change your mind, choose not to complete the program or decide the product is no longer suitable for your circumstances.
Nothing in these Terms limits your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
Professional Services
Face-to-face programs, online consultations, Performance Partnerships, Performance Hotline support and other professional services are entered into following discussion and mutual agreement regarding the intended outcomes, scope of work and investment.
Your investment secures more than appointment time. It includes preparation, planning, professional experience, ongoing availability, intellectual property, resources and the commitment made by the Elite Mindset Institute to support your development throughout the agreed engagement.
The value of this work begins from the commencement of the relationship, not simply at the conclusion of the agreed period.
For this reason, professional service investments are generally non-refundable once the engagement has commenced.
This includes circumstances where personal situations, sporting careers, employment, injury, retirement, relocation or other life events change after work has begun.
Where exceptional circumstances arise, we encourage open communication. Every genuine situation will be considered respectfully and fairly, however refunds remain at the discretion of the Elite Mindset Institute unless otherwise required by Australian Consumer Law.
Personal Use
Programs, recordings, resources, downloads, journals, workbooks and supporting materials are licensed to the original purchaser only.
They may not be copied, shared, distributed, reproduced, resold, recorded, taught or used for commercial purposes without prior written permission from the Elite Mindset Institute.
Payment
Payment is required in accordance with the agreed purchase or service arrangement.
Where payment plans have been approved, you agree to complete all scheduled payments unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Australian Consumer Law
Nothing within these Purchase Terms excludes, restricts or modifies any rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded under Australian Consumer Law.
