Our Philosophy
Every investment made with the Elite Mindset Institute represents a commitment by both you and us.
From the moment an online program is accessed or a professional engagement begins, our time, preparation, intellectual property, resources and commitment become part of your development. Our refund policy reflects the value already being provided from the commencement of that relationship.
We encourage every prospective client to ask questions before making an investment so they can choose the pathway that best suits their goals and circumstances.
Online Programs
Online programs, digital resources, memberships and downloadable content are made available immediately upon purchase and are generally non-refundable once access has been provided.
Please take the time to review each program carefully before purchasing. If you are unsure whether a program is appropriate for you, we encourage you to contact us before making your investment.
Professional Services
Face-to-face programs, online consultations, Performance Partnerships, Performance Hotline support and other professional services are provided following discussion and mutual agreement regarding the intended outcomes, scope of work and investment.
From the commencement of the engagement, the Elite Mindset Institute begins applying its professional time, preparation, experience, intellectual property, planning and resources to support your development. The value of this work is created progressively throughout the relationship and is not limited to scheduled appointments alone.
Should circumstances change during an ongoing professional engagement, we ask that this be discussed openly and in writing at the earliest opportunity.
Any request for a refund or financial adjustment will be considered by taking into account the professional services already delivered, preparation undertaken, resources provided, intellectual property made available and the work completed to the date of the request.
Where both parties mutually agree to conclude an ongoing engagement before its agreed completion, the engagement will ordinarily conclude at the end of the following calendar month unless otherwise agreed in writing. This allows for an appropriate transition, completion of outstanding commitments and final administrative arrangements.
Any approved financial adjustment will be determined by mutual written agreement, having regard to the remaining balance of services yet to be delivered.
Australian Consumer Law
Nothing within this Refund Policy excludes, restricts or modifies any rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded under Australian Consumer Law.
